- **These can only be shipped UPS, FedEx or SpeeDee. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or International will be calculate separate.** Each quench tank will hold 1 gallon of oil and should give you 4 to 5 quenches before needing to cool. The depth is 18" which should be sufficient for most knife sizes. The lid is a great feature that can help smother out flare ups and the 8"x16"x3/8" base makes for a nice sturdy platform.
