This is a slim profile, heavy duty sheath clip. We took our flat KnifeDogs Ti Clip and bent it over and tumbled it. We custom waterjet these Ti clip blanks and ream the hole to 1/8” Titanium at .050” is very tough. We made these to replace less durable import .035” thickness stainless versions that are out there. This is USA made Titanium. We eater jet and ream these in MI so this is a true made in the USA product all the way. We like those. You can absolutely find cheaper import stainless clips without looking too hard. If you want a USA product that will hold up longer, this is it.

Tip: To attach these, use a small Rapid rivet (these have a lot of different names – quick rivet, double cap rivet, fast rivet) to attach to your leather sheath. Tandy’s medium size Rapid rivet  will fit through the hole in the clip. We suggest using rivet and bonding a cover piece of leather over the straight part of the clip that attaches to the sheath for additional holding and to cover up the metal. You can cut a slit in the leather to attach the straight piece to the inside of the sheath for a really clean look. You cover the metal with a thin patch piece of leather so it doesn’t scratch the blade. NOTE: Multiple clips blanks are shown for clarity. You are purchasing individually.
