Gum Tragacanth - for dressing leather edges - 4 oz.

Gum Tragacanth 4 oz 2264-01 Easy-to-use burnishing agent. Apply liquid to edge and burnish with burlap or a Circle Edge Slicker #8122-00, to get a glossy, smooth edge.

Tip: Traditionalists use antler to burnish an edge. I use the cloth back side of a grinding belt. Keep using the same belt and you will build up a nice coating on the belt that burnishes very nicely and very quickly. You can even get by with out using this but it won't finish as nice. In any case, do make sure you burnish the leather on the edges. It adds a nice professional touch.
