The Brodbeck Integral Bolster & Fullering Attachment is a compact, high-performance tool designed for precision grinding of integral bolsters and fullers. With three interchangeable roller sizes—5/8", 7/8", and 1-1/8"—you can switch between profiles instantly without tools or adjustments. Whether you're grinding clean bolster transitions or adding fullers, this attachment delivers consistent, repeatable results.
The platen is made from thick, fixed-position steel that won’t warp under heat, ensuring long-term stability and accuracy. The rollers are engineered to extend beyond the holder, providing full belt contact with zero interference—ideal for intricate blade work and tight spaces.
This attachment is available in two configurations:
Attachment Only – for use with the Brodbeck Platen D-plate
With Quick Change Accessory Arm – for fast and flexible setup changes
Note: A variable speed drive system is required. The 5/8" and 7/8" rollers are rated for use up to 20,000 RPM.
