Brodbeck Buffing Attachment
The Brodbeck Buffing Attachment is a versatile solution for adding polishing and finishing capability to your grinder setup. Using a sanding belt as the power source, this attachment drives a 5/8-11 threaded arbor—compatible with most standard buffing wheels and wire wheels—making it ideal for achieving high-shine finishes on knives, tools, and metal projects.
Each kit includes:
5/8-11 threaded arbor
Drive wheel
Mounting bracket
All necessary hardware
Choose from two configurations:
Attachment Only – mounts to the Brodbeck Platen D-plate
With Quick Change Accessory Arm – for fast, tool-free swap-outs between grinding setups
Important Notes:
A variable speed drive system is required to operate safely and within RPM ratings
Buffing and wire wheels are not included and must be purchased separately
Not intended for use with cutting or stone wheels
