Use these bearings with a 3/16” pivot.
Note that the ID is slightly larger than a 3/16” pivot. This won’t be a problem as the pocket is what holds the bearing in place, not the pivot.

Sold by pairs. Ordering 1 quantity will get you a pair of bearings, one for each side of your blade.
To use these:
Mill a pocket into your frames to depth. Some makers will mill a pocket in both the blade and the frame. These bearings are .0625” thick so you will want to mill your pockets to .046” total depth leaving around .015” clearance. You can experiment with slightly deeper pocket(s) but watch for blades binding against the frame or pocket dirt binding things up with a closer clearance. Washers are generally not used with a bearing system.
